当前在对心理测验的使用中有很多问题,首先,心理测验本身还不完善。其次,在心理测验的编译上有不足之处。第三,在测验的选用上也存在着问题。最后,在心理测验结果的解释、评价和对心理测验的管理上还有很多地方需要改善。

Now,there are a lot of problems in using psychological test.First,the psychological ,itself ,is not perfect;Second,there are some shortcoming in translating and making psychological test;Third,there are also some problems in selsction of psychological test;At last ,we can improve our work ,in explaining and evaluating psychological test result and management of psychological test.
