圈点为楼评点著作中的不评之"评",是其修辞思想的直接体现,也是其评点修辞思想体系的有机组成部分。从楼的主要评点著作《崇古文诀》看,共有字旁月牙形点、字旁直线(┃)、字旁斜点(、)、字旁小圆圈(o)、字上大圆圈(○)等五种符号。各种符号体现了楼于字句篇章等方面的修辞思想。
