二甲基亚砜对溶胶-凝胶法制备Nafion/SiO_2固体超强酸催化剂技术的改进 被引量:1

Improved Sol-Gel Preparation for Nafion Solid Acid Catalyst Supported on Silica and Modified by Dimethyl Sulfoxide

摘要 在制备Nafion/SiO2固体超强酸催化剂的过程中,加入高沸点溶剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO),并增加140℃高温后处理过程,该工艺提高了催化剂的物理化学性能。考察了催化剂的质子交换容量、比表面积、孔径和孔体积分布、水溶性及其对乙酸和乙醇生成乙酸乙酯反应的使用寿命。结果显示,添加DMSO可以提高催化剂的比表面积30%以上,明显改善孔径和孔体积分布;增加140℃的后处理过程,可提高催化剂的稳定性并延长催化剂的使用寿命。 The traditional sol-gel technique for preparing Nafion/SiO_2 solid acid catalyst was improved by adding high boiling point dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)and aftertreatment at 140 ℃.Proton exchange capacity,BET specific surface area,pore structure,water solubility and catalyst life were measured.Addition of DMSO obviously increased BET specific surface area of catalyst by more than 30% and pore structure was also improved.Upon raising drying temperature the catalyst was almost insoluble in water,consequently catalyst life prolonged.
