摘要
介绍了一种新型高性能有机纤维———超高强度聚乙烯(UHSPE)纤维的性能及应用,研究了其表面经电晕放电改性对UHSPE纤维 环氧树脂界面粘结强度的影响。通过单丝拔出法及NOL环试验对UHSPE纤维表面改性处理进行了表征。结果表明,经电晕法表面处理后的UHSPE纤维单丝与环氧树脂的界面粘结强度有了很大的提高。
The properties and applications of one new organic fiber-ultra-high strength polyethylene (UHSPE) fiber were introduced. The effect of surface corona discharge modification of UHSPE fiber on interfacial adhesion strength of UHSPE fiber/epoxy resin was investigated. The single fiber pull-out method and NOL ring test were used to characterize the surface modification properties of UHSPE fiber. The results show that the adhesion strength of UHSPE fiber/epoxy resin can be greatly improved via corona discharge surface modification.
