离体蒜苔贮存中薄壁细胞逐渐衰老,原生质表现出有序的降解和胞间转移。由细胞内膜产生的自体吞噬泡将细胞器消化。降解的原生质组分通过共质体和质外体两种途径转移,并最终运输至顶端作为珠蒜生长的营养。
The parenchyma cells in the detached garlic scape undergo regular breakdown of cellularconstituents and withdrawal of the degrading protoplasm. Autophagic vacuoles from endomembrane components are involved in the degradation process. The bulk of the productsfrom degradation of the protoplasts are removed by both symplastic and apoplastic pathwaysfrom the senescing parenchpoa cells and are used as nutrients for the growth of aerial clovesat the apex.
