Introducing Studying Experiments to Improve Medical Chemistry Experimental Teaching

针对目前药物化学实验教学中实验项目的设置单一性、重复性的问题,提出了引入科研性实验的改革思路和具体实施措施,完善了实验教材中实验项目的知识结构,丰富了实验内容,加强了不同课程知识间的横向联系,更好地培养学生勇于探索和善于发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的科研意识以及胆大心细、实事求是的工作态度,不仅使学生巩固和加强了药物化学的理论知识和操作技能,而且学到了必要的科研思路和方法,为今后从事药物研究与开发工作奠定了一定基础。

The present problem is that the items of medical chemistry experimental teaching is simplex and repetitive.This article puts forward the thoughts of appending research experiments and the corresponding measures.So the knowledge construction of the experimental items in the teaching material is improved,the experimental content is enriched,and the linkage of different courses is increased.Such experimental teaching may help students to develop their research consciousness and serious work attitude. As for the analysis above,the results show that the students can grasp the theoretical knowledge and operational skill of medical chemistry.Meanwhile,they can learn about some useful thoughts and methods of science research for their future research work.
