高等教育区域化已成为高等教育发展的一个重要趋势。本文从地域型高等教育发展水平与受益型高等教育发展水平两个角度分析江西省高等教育发展规模的现状;分析江西省"受益型高等教育"低下的原因,重点探讨了促进"地域型高等教育"向"受益型高等教育"转化的对策。
