摘要 本文采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了花生根中白藜芦醇的含量。选用ODS -C18色谱柱( 2 0 0mm×4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,以甲醇 水( 4 5∶5 5 )为流动相,流速为0 .5mL/min ,紫外检测波长为30 3nm。结果表明,白藜芦醇峰面积与其浓度之间呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:Y =15 879.2 8X + 12 35 0 .2 ,相关系数为0 .9996。方法简单,快速,精密度好,回收率为98.8% ,相对标准偏差为1.79%。 A resversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed to determine resveratrol in peanut root.The separation was performed on an ODS column(200×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase of CH 3OH-H 2O(45∶55,v/v).The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 303 nm.The result showed that there was a good linear relationship between the area and the concentration of resveratrol.The corresponding regression equation is Y=15879.28X +12350.2,R=0.9996.The proposed method is simple and rapid with good precion.The average recovery is 98.8% and RSD is 1.79%.
