摘要 采用改良电位滴定法测定微胶囊化氟苯尼考的含量,回收率达99. 9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0. 74%,这表明改良电位滴定法是测定微胶囊化氟苯尼考的可靠方法。 The florfenicol contents of microencapsulated florfenicol were measured by using modified potentio-(metric) titration. The results displayed that the recovery was (99.9%) and relative standard difference(RSD) was (0.74%). It means that the modified potentiometric titration is a reliable method for determination of microencapsulated florfenicol product.
