非生物因子诱导马铃薯块茎对立枯丝核菌的抗性 被引量:7

摘要 对一些非生物因子诱导马铃薯块茎抗立枯丝核菌病的效果进行了初步研究.结果表明:经过温度35℃保持4h;紫外线(λ=230~265cm)垂直高度为30cm时,照射15min;pH5缓冲溶液20min;质量分数为0.01%氯化钾120min;48h连续黑暗等非生物因子单独处理后,均可显著增强马铃薯块茎对立枯丝核菌侵染的抵抗能力,且能够同时抵抗其他几种供试病原真菌的侵染,使这些非生物因子处理后的马铃薯块茎具有一定的广谱抗病性. Effects of abiotic factors were investigated on resistance induction of potato tuber slices against Rhizoctonia solani. The results showed that treatment of 35 ℃(4 h), ultraviolet 15 min(30 cm), pH 5 buffer (20 min), 0.01 KCl (120 min), and 48 h dark could significantly strengthen the resistance of tuber slices against infection of Rhizoctionia Solani.And some treatments could also protect potato tuber slices from infection of other tested fungi.
