摘要
本文从分析农产品不同于工业品的物流特性入手,揭示这些物流特性所包含的制度含义,然后以现行生鲜农产品物流体系为例,分析其制度结构和促使潜在利润形成的外在性变化,指出制度创新将推动我国农产品物流体系的演进。
Starting from the differences between logistics of agricultural products and that of manufactured commodities, the authors disclose the institutional implications inherent in the characteristics of logistics. Perishable products (e.g. vegetables) are taken as the case to analyze the explicit changes in their implicit formation of profit
