摘要
介绍了攀钢现有运输条件十分紧张的情况下,在铁水罐中取样所采取的技术措施,取样机的设计思路。取样机所采用的破渣与取样同步进行的取样方式使结构大为简化,取样时间减少,可靠性增高,是解决问题的关键。
Technical measures of sampling in hot metal ladle and design of sampler were introduced under the tight transportation condition at Panzhihua Steel Company.Broken slag and synchronous sampling methods bring to simpler structure,less sampling time and higher reliability of it,which is a key to solve a problem.
