The Research and Development of ZK Series Vacuum Phase-change Boiler

文章主要阐述了ZK系列真空相变锅炉,不用真空泵,通过专用控制阀和采取特定操作措施控制冷凝器工质流量的办法,排除锅内不凝结气体、形成并维持锅内真空状态、确保锅炉在任何情况下不超压。该种锅炉具有不爆炸、不结垢、不腐蚀、不发生裂纹、鼓包、爆管等特点,运行安全、可靠、平稳,热效率高。

The operating principle of ZK series vacuum phase-changing boiler is that it controls the flow of working medium in condenser through special controlling valve and operation methods instead of vacuum pump to discharge all the non-condensing gas in the boiler. Then it will generate and maintain the vacuum condition inside the boiler, so that it can ensure the boiler not excess pressure in any condition.The boiler will not exploding, scaling or corroding, it has no such characteristics as crackle, hunch, booster etc. In the course of operating it is safe, reliable, and steady and the thermal efficiency is high.
