罗氏沼虾“白体病”肌肉组织的超微病理变化

Muscle tissues ultrapathological changes of Macrobrachium rosenbergii suffering "white-body" disease

在江苏扬州的罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)养殖区,选取具“白体病”典型症状的活体仔虾和幼虾,对其腹部肌肉的病变部位进行显微和超微结构观察,未见病原生物;光镜下未见明显病理变化;其超微病理变化主要在病程中后期可见,病变部位肌丝断解、形成肌溶灶;线粒体变性、并呈空泡化;特别是肌原纤维间脂滴明显增多,呈串珠状排列。分析该病可能是一种线粒体肌病,属脂质沉积性肌病。

The electron microscopy and microscopy were used to observe the pathological changes of Macrobrachium rosenbergii suffering'white-body' disease from yangzhou,jiangsu.The pathogen organism were not found in the pathological area abdominal muscle.The pathological obvious change was not found by microscopy.The ultrapathological changes show in the middle and late periods of the disease,the filament break, dissolve and form focus of infection,and mitochondria appear degenerative phenomenon in the pathological area.The lipid drops increase obviously and appear as rosary in the fiber of pathological area abdominal muscle.We thought that the 'white-body' disease should be one of mitochondrial myopathy,was lipid storage myopathy.
