试论股东与员工的利益冲突与整合——一种基于人力资本产权理论的制度创新 被引量:3

摘要 员工利益与股东利益的统一是企业健康发展的基础,现行制度中的缺陷必须通过制度创新来解决。这种制度创新体现在两个方面:一是要确立代表企业利益的机构;二是职代会要成为企业员工的最高权利组织并进入企业法人治理结构。
