摘要
随着自动测试技术与网络技术的紧密结合,基于网络的远程测试系统迅速发展。测试技术网络化不仅可以降低测试系统成本,有利于实现远距离测控和测试资源共享,而且有利于实现设备的远距离诊断和维护。此网络测试系统主要是将现有的自动测试技术和仪器应用于远程测试系统中,根据仪器接入远程测试系统的方式,介绍了其一般硬件构成,并且分析了其软件结构、主要工作模式及相关软件开发方法,最后介绍了基于网络的远程测试系统的发展。
The automatic testing technology combined with network remote testing system based on network develops rapidly in recent years. Using Network-type testing technology, the cost of testing system will be reduced, the remote testing and testing resource sharing will be realized advantageously, also the apparatus in this system will be diagnosed and maintained conveniently. Existing testing technology and apparatus are applied to this testing system, according to connection mode, hardware composition of this testing system is described specifically in this paper. Software structure is analyzed and its projecting method is also explained. Development trend of this system is also introduced at the end of this paper.
