随着世界各国城市化进程的加速,城市交通问题已经成为当今世界许多城市所面临的难题之一。我国作为世界上人口最多的发展中国家,此问题更加突出。论述了我国城市交通问题形成的背景、原因及发展趋势,分析了轿车进入我国家庭的三大制约因素,指出以人为本的交通发展方式是城市交通发展的核心。

With the acceleration of worldwide urbanization process, the urban traffic problem had become one of the difficulties encountered by many cities in the world today. China is the developing country with the largest population in the world, the problem is even remarkable. This paper discusses the background, causes and developing trend in the formation of the urban traffic problems of China, analyzes the three main factors restraining cars from entering Chinese families, and points out that the mode of traffic development which takes human as the base is the center of the urban traffic development.
