从我国道路交通事故与驾驶员培训的关系入手,指出我国驾驶员培训管理所存在的问题以及我国在驾驶员培训管理政策方面的缺陷。在分析的基础上提出了对驾驶员培训市场管理的建议。

By analyzing the relationship of the road traffic accidents and the vehicle drivers training, the paper points out the problems existing in the administration of the vehicle drivers training and deficiency of policies concerned in our country and then proposes suggestions to improve the vehicle drivers training administration.
