摘要
介绍了我国首次按GJB241-87"航空涡轮喷气和涡轮风扇发动机通用规范"的要求,自行设计研制成功的"昆仑"加力式双转子涡轮喷气发动机的设计研制基本经验:认真贯彻"航空涡轮喷气和涡轮风扇发动机通用规范",严格按规范的要求进行设计和试验;合理控制创新与继承的比例,既要保持先进性,又要降低风险性;把作战适用性、可靠性、耐久性、维修性与性能并重;设计中留有较大的温度裕度和喘振裕度;进行苛刻的、充分的试验是发动机可靠性的基础。
Briefly introduces some fundamental experiences of design and development of the Kunlun two-spool afterburning turbojet engine, which was successfully self-designed and developed in China. The design, development and test were strictly followed out the General Specification of Turbojet and Turbofan Aero-Engines. The adequate proportion between creativeness and inheritance was controlled to reduce risk without sacrificing the engine's advanced status. The design regarded the operability, reliability, durability and maintainability as important as performance. Large exhaust temperature margin and surge margin were ensured. Strict and sufficient ground and flight tests were the base of the engine reliability.
