摘要
对侧向互击型层板喷注单元的喷雾特性进行了试验研究。利用PDA测量了喷雾场下游典型截面上各点的液滴速度、直径、体积通量等参数。分析了喷注单元的雾化过程和喷雾特点,同时研究了混合比和喷注单元的结构参数流道截面积比、喷口宽度的影响。实验结果表明,混合比的提高有利于雾化和喷雾分布;喷注器的结构参数对雾化质量、液雾的空间分布特性具有重要影响。在喷口槽宽合适时,存在最佳的流道截面比,有利于改善雾化。对于一定的流道截面比和混合比,存在最佳的喷口尺寸使雾化质量和喷雾分布最优。结果表明,对于侧向互击型层板喷注器,通过合理的选结构参数,能够控制推进剂的雾化、空间分布和混合,实现所需要的喷雾分布。
An experimental study of the spray characteristics of side unlike impinging platelet injector was conducted using a Particle Dynamics Analyzer (PDA). The droplet velocities, diameter and flux density of the spray were measured at three axial locations. The atomization process and special spray feature have been analyzed. The results show that the atomization process is different from that of common impinging injector. The mixing ratio γm and geometric parameters have important effect on the atomization and spray distribution. For a certain γm and passage area ratio γa, there is an optimum nozzle geometry to attain good atomization and spray pattern. On the other hand, both higher γa and γm can improve atomization performance within an appropriate nozzle width. The atomization performance and spray pattern can be controlled by selecting appropriate and geometric parameters.
