航空发动机数控系统执行机构回路故障诊断和容错控制方法 被引量:25

摘要 提出了航空发动机数控系统执行机构控制回路基于数学模型的故障诊断方法,以及针对执行机构位置传感器故障的控制算法容错控制方法。工程应用结果表明能显著提高故障诊断准确性和快速性,有效地实现容错控制,且实施方便、实时性好,对提高航空发动机数控系统工作可靠性具有重要作用。 A model-based aeroengine digital control system actuator loop fault diagnosis method and fault-tolerant control method for actuator position sensor fault control algorithm were put forward. These methods were implemented to a full authority digital engine control system and validated. The results show that these methods can greatly improve the successful rate and reduce the time necessary for actuator loop fault diagnosis. These methods are easy to implement and have good real time diagnosis capability. Thus, they have a significant effect on improving the reliability of aeroengine digital control system.
