Improving the CYL' s work style is the soul of League building .And the cultivation of League c adres' work style in colleges and universities will produce a dire ct impact on the whole work style of th e CYL organizations in colleges and u niversities as well as their cohesive force and working efficien cy.Therefore,all the young League c adres in colleges and universities must have a good work style.They should enhance their awareness of duty,service,life -long learnin g ,actual effectiveness,innovatio n,and honesty and self -dis-cipline.In a word,they must keep pac e with the times ,strengthen and impr ove their work style,play an exempla ry role ,and make the CYL organizations in colleges and universities the Party' s assistants and reserve forces worthy of the name.
