大学生党员保持和发挥共产党员先进性情况调查分析

An Investigation of Preserving Party Memberw' Advanced Nature by the college Students Who are Party Members

调查表明,多数大学生党员在思想政治、入党动机、政治理论学习、社会心态方面,保持和发挥了共产党员的先进性;但少数大学生党员追求利他与利己结合与平衡的二元价值,存在无法保持平衡而向“利己”方向倾斜的“巨大”风险。建议加强学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想;全面落实有高校特点的科学发展观;建设符合立党为公、执政为民、求真务实条件的思想政治工作队伍;针对大学生党员特点,采取切实有效的保持先进性的教育方法;以利于全面小康社会的建设与和谐社会的构建。

An investigation shows that most of t he college students who are Party mem bers can preserve the advanced natur e of Party members in terms of ideology and politics,the motives for joining the Party,political and theoretical study,and the social mental atti-tude.But among some of them there are still problems in preserving the advanced nature of Party members.In lig ht of this sitwation,this essay makes the follwing suggestion s:implementing the important thought of the'Three Represents'and establishing the scientific out look on development in HEIs;building a qualified contingent of ideological a nd political workers;and adopting e ffective methods of the edu-cation to preserve the advanced natu re of Party members in accordance wit h the students' characteristics.
