针对青年学生正在走向成熟过程中的身心思想特点,高校思想政治工作不能简单地使用行政命令和行政处罚的方法,而应以对学生的平等、理解、信赖,唤起学生的感情共鸣,从而把说理、疏导建立在良好的情感交流的基础上,达到从动之以情到晓之以理的最佳教育效果。

Currently ,in accordance with young college students' special characteristics ,we should use the method of persuasion and education instead of administrativ e oders and punishment in ideologica l and political work in colleges and u niversities .To enhance the effect of education,we must treat students as equals ,fully understand s tudents ,and put trust in students so as to touch a chord in them.
