对江苏省未成年人犯罪的调查表明,社会转型时期的未成年人犯罪问题严峻:犯罪类型多样化、低龄化、文化程度偏低。重要的主客观诱因是:家庭的教育与关爱不够、学校教育的滞后性、社会的不良因素,未成年人尚未成熟的身心。预防和减少未成年人犯罪作为综合性的社会工程,需要社会、家庭、学校力量的协调一致。

An investigation of juvenile delinquency in Jiangsu Province shows that the present situation of juvenile delinquency in the period of social transition is very g rave.The features of juvenile delin quency are :being diversified in form ,younger in age ,and low in the educational level .The main causes of juvenile delinquency include f our aspects:the problem in family ed ucation,the problem in school education ,the influence of t he social factor ,and the puerility a nd ignorance of minors themselves.I n accordance with the new situation ,we should regard the prevention of juvenile delinquency as a c omprehensive social project ,which reqires concerted effort by the society ,families and schools.
