复方丹参滴丸治疗氯氮平所致肝酶异常的研究

Study the Efficiently of Liver Ferment Increase Resulted by Clozapine Treated with Composite Salviae Dropping Pills

目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸对氯氮平所致的肝酶升高的疗效及可能的机理。方法:选择入院时血尿常规、肝肾功能正常,入院后的第4周末复查肝酶ALT及AST升高<100U/L精神分裂症患者99例,随机分为复方丹参滴丸治疗组(治疗组)51例和空白对照组48例。数据用SPSS10.0统计软件包分别进行χ2及t检验,2组性别分布、年龄均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果:在2组患者治疗前后氯氮平的日剂量、氯氮平血药浓度及去甲氯氮平血药浓度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)的情况下,治疗组ALT、AST均比治疗前明显下降,差异非常显著(P<0.01);对照组ALT、AST虽有下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗氯氮平所致肝酶异常疗效确切,无有明显的副反应,有推广应用的价值。

Objective:To study the efficiently and possible mechanism of liver ferment increase resulted form Composite Salviae Dropping Pill together with Clozapine. Methods:358 schizophrenia by CCMD-3 were chosen. Their routine blood and urine test, liver and kidney functions were normal. At the end of the 4th week, they had their ALT and AST tested again. 99 among them whose ALT and AST were lower than 100u/l were chosen, which made up 27.65%. They were divided into observation group(51 patients) and comparison group(48 patients)randomly. They two groups had almost the same sex distribution and age(P >0.05) according to the date tested by SPSS 10.0. χ2 and T-test. Results:When the two groups took the same doze of Clozapine and the Clozapine densities in their blood were the same(P >0.05). The ALT and AST in observation group drops obviously (P <0.01). Though the ALT and AST in comparison groups drops a little, it makes no statistical sense(P >0.05). Conclusion :It is certain that Composite Salviae Dropping Pill together with Clozapine has a great effect on liver ferment and it has no side effect. So it's worth popularizing.
