本文介绍采用可编程控制器(PLC)和步进电机组成的兔毛梳理机电控制系统。论述了系统的工作原理,硬件实现及软件编程方法。经实际运行证明:该系统具有自动化度高,适应性强,操作简单等特点。
In the thesis. application of plc and stepping motor on the carding machine is specially introduced. The precept of control system and the realization approaches and process of hardware and software are brought forward. The practice shows that the control system has high automatization. strong flexibility and easy operation. and so on.
