Under the guidance of the scientific view of development,to harmonize gender interest will help enhance the perfection of fair play.At the moment of maintaining women's rights,it becomes more popular to vindicate the justification and authority of Constitution and the law,to improve the responsibility and the efficiency of the government and to deepen the idea of people's free and all-round development.During the course of building a well-off society,the government must analyze,through social means of gender,differences and needs of different sexes;must strengthen the pertinence of public policy;must improve the implementation consciousness of the policy and must shoulder the responsibility of maintaining women's rights and advance the equality of different sexes.
