摘要
根据低速柴油机的输出功率 ,采用变冷却水流量的方法对气缸套进行冷却可有效控制气缸壁内表面的温度 ,从而改善低速柴油机的工作性能。研究了实现变流量冷却的具体方法 ,并通过水力计算和实验对所提出的方法进行了验证。其结果表明 :目前大多数低速柴油机缸套冷却水系统的设计违背了变流量冷却的宗旨 ;采用合适的节流装置以及合适特性的三通阀可实现变流量冷却 ;
To optimize the temperature of the liner effectively, it is necessary to cha nge the flow rate of cooling water according to the output power of main marine diesel engine. In this paper, some methods of changing the flow rate of cooling w ater are proposed, which are testified by hydraulic calculations and experiments . The results show that current design for main engine cooling water system does not accord with the intention of changing the flow rate of cooling water. It is a good method to fulfill changing the flow rate of cooling water by adopting a suitable throttle and a logarithmic characteristic three-way regulating valve.
