摘要
本文从我国就业弹性的变化特点入手,分析就业弹性下降和就业压力产生的根本原因,并据此提出解决的对策。
This paper analyses the basic reasons of the current unemployment resulting from a decrease in employment elasticity. While explaining the characteristics of the variation of employment elasticity, the paper puts forward somec ountermeasures.
