试论民事诉讼中的诚信原则

随着社会生活、诉讼观念及民事诉讼制度的演化,诚信原则先后被多数国家民诉立法所确认,成为贯穿于整个民事诉讼法的一项基本原则。当事人、法院(法官)、及其他诉讼参与人都应受诚信原则的约束。违反诚信原则,就会产生相应的法律后果。
