KCZ140-J型机械式套管开窗侧钻工具的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF KCZ140-J TYPE MECHANICAL CASING WINDOW SIDETRACKING TOOL

为解决常规液压式套管开窗侧钻工具操作复杂、坐封成功率低的问题,研制了KCZ140-J型机械式套管开窗侧钻工具。该工具由高效铣锥、导斜器和锚定封隔器组成,在井眼准备完成后,实现一次下钻完成开窗(包括定向、固定导斜器、套管开窗、修窗等)的全部工艺过程。介绍了该工具的结构特点、工作原理及现场使用情况。新型锚定封隔器结构设计合理,可在原井眼开窗处套管固井质量较好的情况下,确保在开窗或开窗后正常钻进时不会出现导斜器下移、导斜器旋转的事故,降低了油井侧钻成本,提高了侧钻的成功率,建议在各油田推广应用。

For resolving the operation complex and low setting success ratio of the convention hydraulic casing window sidetracking tool, we developed the KCZ140-J type mechanical casing window sidetracking tool. And the tool is including highly efficient mill cone, deflector and anchor packer. After borehole prepared completely, all the technology process of side drilling in casing is operated by once going in the hole (among them including the orientation, deflector, cutting window and fix window etc.). The structural characteristics of the tools, operating principle and the field usage situation are introduced. The reasonable construction of new anchor packer can ensure that the deflector will not descend or rotate when cutting window or normal drilling after cutting window under the condition of good cement quality in the original casing window position. This can cut down the cost of oil well sidetracking and increase successful rate and suggest to employment in each oil-field.
