Blowing-in and production resumption of the No.5 B.F. at SISG after manual spray-lining

通过借鉴新钢经验并结合韶钢自身实际,韶钢5#高炉人工喷涂造衬进程顺利.同时通过对开炉料进行合理安排和探索,送风操作及后续料的合理过渡,第二天就顺利达产,恢复到了正常生产状态.

By referring to Xinsteel Company's experience, and taking into account the current situation of SISG, the manual spray-lining of the No.5 B.F. at SISG was completed successfully. And, by properly allocating the blowing-in materials and making a proper transition from the blast operation to the loading of the follow-up materials, the production capacity of the furnace was fully resumed the next day after the blowing-in.
