基于循环经济的工业园区生态化研究

Study on Developing Eco-industrial Parks Based on Cycle Economics

循环经济逐渐成为国际社会经济发展的主流,中国经济发展也力求在不断提高智力资源对物质资源的替代,实现向生态化的转化。但由于长期受线性技术范式的制约,加上近10年经济快速增长,经济总量规模不断扩大,资源耗竭和生态消费已经成为经济进一步发展的桎梏,而工业在中国国民经济结构中又占据着主体地位,因此,工业的生态化对中国经济的生态化具有重要的意义。本文详细剖析了产业生态化的循环层面,提出了工业园区生态化的升级目标、推进措施和相关政策建议。

Cycle economics is gradually to be the main stream of the international social economics development, and China's economics does her best to substitute the mental resource for the material resource in order to be transformed by ecotype. With the constraint of the long-term linear technology, the fast development of the economics in the recent ten years and the expand of the economic gross scale, the natural resources are being exhausted and the environment are being consumed so as to have become the fetter of the economic development. But the industry is dominant in China national economy, it is very important to transform the industrial ecotype. The four cycle layers of eco-industrial are discussed in detail. This paper also puts forward the suggestions and policies, as well as the goal of developing eco-industrial parks.
