摘要
基于Hele Shaw流动模型,推导出顺序共注射成型充填过程的数值模型;并引入厚度分数,采用控制体积法来实现运动界面的追踪。数值模拟结果与moldflow的模拟结果相吻合,并且能够正确反映芯皮层熔体黏度比对注射压力和界面形貌的影响。
On the basis of the general Hele-Shaw flow model,thermomechanical model describing the flow of polymers into the mold cavity was developed.With the thickness fraction of materials introduced,control volume method was used to tracking the moving interface during polymers mold filling. The results of numerical simulation indicate that the lower viscosity rate is,the lower injection pressure needed and the shorter length of the core polymer penetrates.Numerical simulations are of good agreement with the result of moldflow and experiments.
