摘要
利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对聚乙烯熔体在四螺杆挤出机常规螺纹元件中的流动情况进行了分析,求出了速度场、压力场、黏度场,对流道的中心区进行了重点分析。计算结果表明:四螺杆的四个啮合区具有较大的压力梯度、速度梯度,其混合性能明显好于双螺杆挤出机。中心区有明显的环流现象,物料在中心区的停留时间较长,中心区物料没有滞留现象。
The flow of polyethylene melt in four screw extruder was analyzed by mean of ANSYS.The pressure,velocity and viscosity in flight element of a four-screw extruder were investigated and the special study of the central area of the flow channel was made.The results showed large pressure gradient and velocity gradient of the material in the four intermeshing regions.The mixing efficiency of four-screw extruder was better than that of twin screw extruder.Circumfluence appeared in the central area and residence time of the material in the central area was long.The material hold-back in the central area was not found.
