妊娠晚期妇女性现状研究

Survey of sexual activity in pregnant women during the third trimester

目的了解妊娠晚期妇女性行为现状并分析其影响因素.方法2003年6月至8月期间对在北京大学第一医院产科分娩的338例产妇,运用自行设计的<妊娠期妇女性现状调查表>,于产后2～4 d在专人指导下进行回顾性调查.结果28.4%的产妇在晚孕期有性行为,性行为次数的增加与缺乏妊娠期性知识(Wald χ2=12.10,P＜0.01)、配偶文化程度(Wald x2=9.68,P＜0.01)呈正相关,与产妇本人文化程度(Wald χ2=11.77,P＜0.01)、既往妊娠次数(Wald χ2=6.05,P＜0.05)、主观认为妊娠期不可以性交(Wald χ2=9.59,P＜0.05)及性欲下降(Wald χ2=5.50,P＜0.05)呈负相关.分娩孕周与晚孕期性行为呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论妊娠晚期妇女仍有性要求,性行为不增加早产的发生.

Objective To investigate the sexual activity of pregnant women in the third trimester and its influencing factors. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted among 338 postpartum women in our hospital who delivered between June and August in 2003. The questionnaires was completed by every subjects supervised by special trained persons on the 2nd to 4th day postpartum. Results More than a quarter (96/338, 28.4%) of the pregnant women had coitus during the third trimester. The increase of sexual activity was positively related to their partners who were less educated (Wald χ~2=9.68,P<0.01) and to the shortage of sexual knowledge during pregnancy (Wald χ~2=12.10,P<0.01), but was negatively related to the education degree of the subjects (Wald χ~2=11.77,P<0.01), number of previous pregnancy (Wald χ~2=6.05,P<0.05), the traditional thoughts of no sex during pregnancy (Wald χ~2=9.59,P<0.05) and less requirement for sex (Wald χ~2=5.50,P<0.05). The gestational age was positively associated with sexual behavior (P<0.05). Conclusions Pregnant women do have sexual requirement during the third trimester. Coitus did not increase the incidence of preterm delivery.
