摘要
钣坯的形状与尺寸将直接影响到拉深过程中材料的流动以及制件的最终品质。基于与拉深件几何构形复杂度无关的通用钣坯设计方法———逆向逐层展开算法,利用VB开发了拉深件钣坯计算机辅助设计软件。从模块构成、功能描述、构形数据结构以及开放式数据库连接技术等方面对该软件进行系统介绍。
The industrial demand on the feasible and universal blank design method has been existing all the while. Based on a refluent and layerbuilt unfolding approach, which is independent of the complexity of the geometric configuration of the deep drawing parts, a computer aided software for blank design is developed with the programming tool VB.Systematically discusses the structure and function of the developed software,the configuration data model of the deep drawing parts and the open database connectivity interface respectively.
