摘要
试验研究一种使用线框电极的电火花加工的新工艺———套料加工。根据正交试验原理设计了混合位级正交表来试验和分析粗加工时电加工参数对加工速度和电极损耗率的影响,以确定线框电极套料加工时最佳电规准参数。最后依据试验数据绘出了三维图形,更加直观地表达了试验的结果。
A new process on EDM is investigated in this experiment, in which a copper frame electrode is used. And the basic principle of the orthogonal test was used to design an abnormal mixed orthogonal test table to conduct the experiment and analyse the effect of process parameters on the material removal rate (MRR) and the electrode wear of copper frame electrode processing in rough process. The optimum process parameters by copper frame electrode machining were found out according to the experimental data analysis. An envelope figure of experimental data is generated with the software of ORIGIN, and it would make the observation more directly.
