摘要
连铸机结晶器振动波形具有多变、非正弦振动特点,该装置采用电液伺服驱动控制精度高、响应速度快,模糊控制在电液伺服控制系统的应用已经成为一个研究热点。重点研究变论域模糊控制器关键问题———伸缩因子的构造,通过对伸缩因子的严密性证明,保证其适用性,并且结合计算机仿真验证算法的有效性。
The vibration wave of continuous casting machinery mould was changeful and not sine wave. The mould vibrator operated by electro-hydraulic servo systems had high precision in control and respond rapidness. The fuzzy control had been being a studying hotspot in the range of control. The design of the flex-factor of the variable universe fuzzy controller was studied. Though certify the strict of the flex-factor,can ensure its applicability.Can also obtain its validity by computer simulation.
