摘要
提出了一种基于弯管单相流测量原理的气固两相流固相质量流量的测量方法———双弯管法,它无需知道被测物体的密度而直接得出两相流中固相质量流量。基于双弯管法测量原理,设计了一套实验系统,给出了测量数据、计算公式,实验证明了此测量方法的可行性。
Based on the principle of one elbow flow measurement,a new double-elbow method for measuring the solid mass flow in the gas-solid flow is described. The new method can finger out the mass flow directly and need not know its density. The principle, design and evaluation of this method are presented. The experiment system is built and experiments by mixing the coal powder with gas as test material are performed on the 80 mm test facility. The accuracy is studied by comparing the flow measured by double-elbow with it by weigh-bridge. The formula of the flow measurement is developed by the experiment studies, and the results prove that this method is feasible.
