川芎嗪治疗脑梗死的临床机制研究 被引量:35

摘要 目的:探讨川芎嗪治疗脑梗死的机制。方法:选取60名健康志愿者为A组,68例脑梗死患者为B组,测定其血浆中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF -α)、内皮素-1(ET -1)和一氧化氮(NO)含量,比较B组应用川芎嗪治疗前、后各项指标的变化,并与A组进行比较。结果:与A组比较,B组血浆TNF -α、ET -1含量显著升高,NO含量显著降低(P<0 05) ;经川芎嗪治疗后,B组血浆TNF -α、ET -1含量显著降低,NO含量显著升高(P<0. 05)。结论:川芎嗪可影响脑梗死患者血浆TNF -α、ET -1和NO的含量水平,并可能是其治疗脑梗死的主要作用机制。 OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanism of ligustrazin in treating cerebral infarction.METHODS:60healthy volunteers were assigned to group A,and68patients with cerebral infarction were allocated o group B,the levels of TNF-α,ET-1and NO in plasma were determined,the pre-treatment and post-treatment results of these indices were compared in group B and they were all compared with those in group A.RESULTS:The levels of plasma TNF-αand ET-1were sig-nificantly higher and NO were remarkably decreased in patients group B as compared with group A(P<0.05);After treatment with ligustrazine the levels of TNF-α?ET-1were significantly decreased and NO were remarkably higher in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Ligustrazine can influence the levels of plasma TNF-α?ET-1and NO,which might explain its efficacy on cerebral infarction.
