摘要
采用CAD方法,大大缩短了原先手算设计周期,减小了设计误差以及提高了设计精度。通过一家用缝纫机用单相串励电动机电磁设计实例,介绍了该类电机设计特点及其基本特性, 并且对多个设计方案之间进行了比较和取舍,以及给出了相关的理由。
Single-phase series motor is used in various ways,especially in household electrical appliances,for instance sewing machine,resulting in the appearance of some standard process for design. Compare with manual computation, CAD can shorten design cycle greatly, reduce errors and improve precision as well. Taking single-phase series motor for sewing machine as an example, here introduces the designing and basic characteristics of these motors, compares different design proposals, and chooses the best one by presenting relative reasons.
