中变催化剂平稳有序的升温还原,是保证其性能的关键之一。硫化物的存在将使活性Fe3O4转变成FeS,并可能导致Fe3O4与FeS之间互相转化,引起催化剂内部结构的重排,破坏机械强度,蒸汽中的硫酸根等离子会在催化剂表面结皮,或进入催化剂内部形成机械堵塞,使内扩散的传质过程恶化等。
Abstract The stable and regular heating and reductions of MT shift catalyst are critical for its performance guarantee. The existence of sulphide turns the active Fe3O4 into FeS and probably causes a mutual conversion between Fe3O4& PeS which makesthe internal structure of catalyst rearranged and the machanical strength destroyed. Some ions such as sulphurie acid radical in steam may form a crust on catalyst surface or enter up into it .thus causing a mechanical blockage and deterorating the mass-transfer in its internal diffusion.
