摘要
介绍了国外几个大型CO变换工艺。林德的8.24MPa耐硫三段变换流程,法国t·p的8.23MPa耐硫二段变换流程,伍德的6.45MPa耐硫二段变换流程,鲁奇的5.25MPa不耐硫二段变换流程。并比较了这几种流程的工艺设计参数以及触媒升温还原的差异。供设计合成氨流程参考。
Abstract It introduces several kinds of CO [edit1][edit2]shift processes in large-scale ammonia plants,viz,Linde Sulphur-resistant shift processin three stages at 8. 24MPa,France t. p sulphur-resistant shift process in two stages at 8. 23MPa,Uhde sulphur-resistant shift-process in two stages at 6.45MPa,Lurgi sulphur-resistant shift process in two stages at 5. 25MPa. The design parameters of these processes and the heating and reduction differencess of the catalysts are copmared.
