我国城市住区发展新模式——开放型住区研究

Research on the New Mode of Residential Development in China——the Opening Residential District

本文针对我国目前住区模式存在的缺陷,提出开放型住区发展新模式,论述了其特点及建设原则,并提出了开放型住区的实施模式———区域开发,最后对开放型住区的实施条件及面临挑战作了进一步论述,认为开放型住区模式的提出具有积极的现实意义,值得在中国城市推广实施。

Aimed at the defects of the present mode of residential district in China, this article suggests a new opening mode in the development of residential district, with a discussion on its characteristics and constructional principles. The paper also puts forward the implementation mode of opening residential district---regional development, and discusses the implementation terms of opening residential district and the challenges confronted. The author holds that the opening mode of residential district has its actual significance, which is worthy of being extended among Chinese cities.
