摘要
现代大学治理要以管理制度创新为切入点。本文着重分析了法制规则、学术自由、政治文明对大学治理结构和运作机制的关系与作用,提出了通过法治、学术、民主等制度层面的创新来实现大学管理制度创新。
The managing of modern universities should focus on the management system innovation. This paper analyzes the influence of legal systems, academic freedom, political civilization on the management structure and operational system, and holds that the innovation of the “rule by law', academics and democracy is needed for the realization of the innovation of university management system.
