Concentric Circles' strategic theoretical frame of sports is listed in the order of the different strategic status of the Olympic Games, the National Games, the Provincial Games and City Athletic Meets in their importance. We must set the strategic status of Olympic Games as the centre of a circle, and then develop to others step by step.
