介绍了国华北京热电分公司不同阶段所采取的检修方法,在原有的设备分级基础之上,细化设备分级标准,按照系统、设备、设备附件进行风险等级评定,制定了系统、设备评级后的检修策略,不同风险等级的设备采取不同的检修方式。最后对实施状态检修迫切需要解决的关键问题提出了具体建议。

This paper briefs the repair methods employed in different stages in Guohua Power Beijing Co - generation Branch Company; elaborates the analytic standard of equipment on the basis of original equipment grading;conducts the risk grade evaluation according to the system,equipment and its auxiliaries;works out the repair strategy after the grade evaluation of system and equipment,with the different repair modes adopted for the equipment with different risk grades. Finally the concrete opinions are put forward on the several key problems needing solving urgently in the implementation of condition based maintenance.
