摘要
提出用包络测量方法实现异形零件在线检测的设计思想，并以车削异形零件为例，讨论了包络法检测异形零件的计算处理方法。
It was suggested an envelope measuring method to realize the design concept of on-line measuring of special shaped parts.Taken the turned special shaped parts,it was discussed the calculation and processing of the parts measured by envelop method.
